SUBJECT: COUNCIL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE
The following Council Organizational Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 03, 2023 at
5:00 p.m. in the Informal Conference Room on the 4th floor of the County-City Building, 227
W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601. The meeting will be legally held by way of a hybrid
meeting and by using the Microsoft Teams Meeting app. The Informal Conference Room is open
to the public. Members of the public have the option to attend the meeting in person or may access
the meeting virtually by the following link: https://tinyurl.com/CCOM01032023

1. Schedule pursuant to the South Bend Municipal Code § 2-3 for the sole purpose of
electing 2022 Council Officers.
