I. Call to Order- The IPC Board Committee is now called to order on
December 6th, 2022, @ 5:30 p.m.
(Attendance could not be verified because of the recording issues for this meeting):

Notes & Action Items
Shannon Beware: Handles participants from SBS- she assists with legal issues with one
of the law firm vendors
• Services dedicated to providing legal services to minority businesses that might
otherwise forego them.
• Great program but lots to improve on
o How to make a program like this more marketable
o And more accessible?
How would you budget for this legal advice? (Unsure of who brings up this question):
• 120 day threshold exists where participants can get advice
• Number of services are available during that time
• It is just a matter of getting them started
