Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council

The July 13, 1998 executive session of the South Bend Common Council was called to order by
Council President Sean Coleman at 3:35 p.m. in the Council informal meeting room.
Persons in attendance included: Council Members Aranowski,Pfeifer,Kelly, Broden, Varner,Ujdak,
Coleman, Jeff Jankowski and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss collective bargaining strategy in regard to the
South Bend Police Department pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1. The meeting was
adjourned at 3:43 p.m.
As Council President, I hereby certify that there was nothing discussed at this Executive Session and
certify to the same other than that which was called for in the July 9, 1999 memorandum giving notice
of the Executive Session.
