Council President Sharon McBride called to order the Informal Council meeting at 5:40 p.m.
and presented the proposed agenda for the October 10, 2022 Common Council meeting.

Approve the July 11th, July 25th, August 6th, and August 22nd minutes.
Special Business/Special Resolutions

Committee of the Whole
Bill No. 50-22 comes with a favorable recommendation.
Bill No. 51-22 has been tabled until December 12, 2022.
Bill No. 52-22 comes with no recommendation.
Third Substitute Bill No. 53-22 comes with no recommendation.
Bill No. 54-22 comes with a favorable recommendation.
Bill No. 55-22 comes with no recommendation.

Bill No. 62-22 will go to the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee on October 24,
2022 for a public hearing and third reading.
Bill No. 63-22 will go to the Area Planning Commission on November 21, 2022 and to the
Zoning and Annexation Committee for a public hearing and second reading on December 12,
2022, and for third reading and council discussion on January 9, 2023.
With no further business, Council President Sharon McBride adjourned the Informal Council
meeting at 5:44 p.m.
