Committee Chair Sharon McBride called to order the Rules Committee meeting at 4:39 p.m.
Bill No. 42-22
Council Attorney Bob Palmer (Address was not given) presented Bill No. 42-22.
Committee Member Sheila Niezgodski motioned to amend Bill No. 42-22 and to send Bill No. 42-
22 to the Committee of the Whole with a favorable recommendation, which was seconded by
Committee Member Eli Wax and carried by a vote of three (3) ayes.
With no further business, Committee Chair Sharon McBride adjourned the meeting at 5:02 p.m.
