Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee
meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Sandra Kennedy, Legal Department Corporate Counselor with offices on the 12th floor of the
County-City Building, presented the 2023 Legal Department Budget presentation.
Kacey Gergely, Chief of Staff to the Mayor of South Bend with offices on the 14th floor of the
County-City Building, presented the 2023 Mayor’s Office Budget presentation.
Dawn Jones, City Clerk of South Bend with offices on the 4th floor of the County-City Building,
presented the 2023 Clerk’s Office Budget presentation.
Sharon McBride, South Bend Common Council President with offices on the 4th floor of the
County-City Building, presented the 2023 Council Budget presentation.

With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the Personnel and
Finance Committee meeting at 6:17 p.m.
