Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee
meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Denise Riedl, Chief Innovation Officer of the City of South Bend with offices on the 12th floor of
the County City Building, presented the Innovation and Technology Department’s 2023 Budget
presentation.
Michael Patton, Diversity, Compliance & Inclusion Officer for the City of South Bend with offices
on the 14th floor of the County City Building, presented the D.C.I.’s 2023 Budget presentation.
Dan Parker, City Controller for the City of South Bend with offices on the 12th floor of the County
City Building, presented the Department of Administration and Finance’s 2023 Budget
presentation.
With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the Personnel and
Finance Committee meeting at 6:55 p.m.
