Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee
meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Dan Parker, City Controller for the City of South Bend with offices on the 12th floor of the County-
City Building, answered the Council’s questions regarding the 2023 Budget thus far.
With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the Personnel and
Finance Committee meeting at 5:32 p.m.
