Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee
meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Aaron Perri, Executive Director of the Venues, Parks and Art Department with offices at 219 South
Saint Louis Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana, presented the 2023 Venues, Parks and Arts Budget
Presentation.
With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the Personnel and
Finance Committee meeting at 6:45 p.m.
