Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee
meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Carl Buchanon, Chief of the South Bend Fire Department, 1222 South Michigan Street, South
Bend, Indiana, presented the South Bend Fire Department’s 2023 proposed budget.
Tim Lancaster, Support Division Chief of the South Bend Police Department, 701 West Sample
Street, South Bend, Indiana, presented the South Bend Police Department’s 2023 proposed budget.
With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the Personnel and
Finance Committee meeting at 7:27 p.m.
