Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee
meeting at 5:00 p.m.
James Mueller, Mayor of South Bend with offices on the 14th floor of the County-City Building,
and Dan Parker, City Controller for the City of South Bend with offices on the 12 th floor of the
County-City Building, presented the 2023 City-Wide Budget Overview.
With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the Personnel and
Finance Committee meeting at 6:25 p.m.
