Agenda: Bill No. 30-22 - Amending Zoning Ordinance for property
located at 1335 E. Ireland & 4427 S. Brookton

Committee Vice Chair Henry Davis Jr. called to order the Zoning and Annexation Committee
meeting at 4:20 p.m.
Committee Vice Chair Davis requested the presenter.
Angela Smith, Zoning Administrator, with offices located on the 14th floor of the County-City
Building, stated that Bill No. 30-22 needs to be tabled until the August meeting following the
Planning Commission. A quorum was not reached for the Planning Commission this month
and a meeting was not held to make a certification to the Council.
Committee Member Karen White made a motion for Bill No. 30-22 to be tabled until August 22nd,
2022. The motion was seconded by Committee Vice Chair Davis and was carried out by a vote of
four (4) ayes.
Committee Vice Chair Davis stated that Bill No. 30-22 has passed and will be sent to the full
council with a favorable recommendation.
With no further business, Committee Vice Chair Davis adjourned the meeting at 4:24 p.m.
