Exception Use at 223 N. Lafayette.

Committee Chair Lori Hamann called to order the Zoning and Annexation meeting at 5:30
p.m. and requested for the presenter.
Angela Smith stated both Bill No. 23-22 and 24-22 were set for a public hearing and only Bill No.
23-22 is shown on the committee agenda. Smith stated both bills are going to need to be tabled
until August 8th due to the Board of Zoning of Appeals being unable to meet due to lack of quorum.
Committee Chair Hamann entertained a motion to table Bill No. 23-22 until August 8th.
Committee Member Sheila Niezgodski motioned to table Bill No. 23-22 until August 8th.
Committee Member Karen White seconded the motion which was carried by a vote of four (4)
ayes.
Committee Member Niezgodski motioned to table Bill No. 24-22 until August 8th. Committee
Member White seconded the motion which was carried by a vote of four (4) ayes.
