Committee Chair Wax requested the presenter for Bill No. 16-22.
Committee Chair Eli Wax called to order the Health & Public Safety / Residential
Neighborhood joint committee meeting at 4:00 p.m.
Committee Member Henry Davis Jr. requested that Bill No. 16-22 and adjoining Bill No. 17-22 be
tabled until the next council meeting due to the bills calling for multiple city departments’
participation.
Committee Member Davis made a motion to table Bill No. 16-22 to August 8lh, 2022, which was
seconded by Committee Member Sheila Niezgodski. The motion was carried by a vote of nine (9)
ayes.
Committee Chair Wax stated the motion has passed and that Bill No. 16-22 will be tabled until
August 8th, 2022.

Committee Member Davis made a motion to table Bill No. 17-22 to August 8th, 2022, which was
seconded by Committee Member Sheila Niezgodski. The motion was carried by a vote of nine (9)
ayes.
