Committee Chair Eli Wax called to order the Health & Public Safety / Residential
Neighborhood joint meeting at 5:10 p.m.
Full audio dialogue of the meeting is available upon request from the City Clerk’s Office.
Committee Chair Rachel Tomas Morgan stated the council should table the bills regarding
language and legal concerns.
Committee Member Karen White made a motion for Bill No. 16-22 to be continued as requested
by one of the sponsors until the next council meeting on July 25th. Committee Member Canneth
Lee seconded the motion which was carried by a vote of six (6) ayes.
Committee Member White made a motion for Bill No. 17-22 to be continued as requested by one
of the sponsors until the next council meeting on July 25th. Committee Member Lee seconded the
motion which was carried by a vote of six (6) ayes.
