Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals for the Property
Located at 1165 Franklin Street
Committee Chair Lori K. Hamann called to order the Zoning & Annexation Committee
meeting at 4:00 p.m.

Bill No. 132-21
Committeemember Karen L. White made a motion to continue Bill No. 132-21 until February 14,
2022. Committeemember Sheila Niezgodski seconded the motion, which carried by a voice vote
of three (3) ayes. Committeemember Henry Davis Jr., had not yet joined the meeting.
Bill No. 142-21
Joseph Molnar, Zoning Specialist, with offices on the fourteenth (141h) floor of the County -City
Building, presented Bill No. 142-21, which is for a special exception to expand the heavy industrial
use already being performed on the site.

Tim Sexton, 405 Main Building, University of Notre Dame, Indiana, stated that the petitioner
worked closely with City staff on the modifications and took recommendations, including those
on the fence height.
Committeemember Sheila Niezgodski made a motion to send Bill No. 142-21 to the Committee of
the Whole with a favorable recommendation. Committeemember Karen L. White seconded the
motion, which carried by a voice vote of four (4) ayes.
With no further business, Chair Lori K. Hamann adjourned the Zoning & Annexation meeting at
4:08 p.m.
