Committee Chair Eli Wax called to order the Health & Public Safety meeting at 3:35 p.m.
Bill No. 22-33
Sheila Niezgodski, Council Member representing the 6th District of the City of South Bend
with offices on the 4th floor of the County-City Building presented Bill No. 22-33.
Committee Vice Chair Karen White motioned to send Bill No. 22-33 to the full Council with
a favorable recommendation, which was seconded by Committee Member Rachel Tomas
Morgan and carried by a vote of six (6) ayes.
Bill No. 22-34
Dawn Jones, Clerk for the City of South Bend with offices on the 4th floor of the County-City
Building presented Bill No. 22-34.
Committee Member Rachel Tomas Morgan motioned to send Bill No. 22-34 to the full
Council with a favorable recommendation, which was seconded by Committee Member Troy
Warner and carried by a vote of six (6) ayes.

With no further business, Committee Chair Eli Wax adjourned the Health and Public Safety
Committee meeting at 3:40 p.m.
