Vice President Shelia Niezgodski called to order the Informal Council meeting at 5:00 p.m.
and presented the proposed agenda for the May 23,2022 Common Council meeting. Vice
President Shelia Niezgodski with the following agenda:

Will know prior to the 7:00 p.m. meeting.
Report from Subcommittee Minutes
Vice President Niezgodski stated there are no subcommittee reports.
Committee as a Whole
Bill No. 19-22 with a favorable recommendation.
Special Business/Special Resolutions
Special Resolution commemorating Memorial Day: Vice President Niezgodski and
Councilmember Hamman sponsored the resolution.
Bob Palmer stated a vote is needed by acclamation with no public hearing.

Vice President Niezgodski reminded the Council of no caucus due to absent members and will
convene for the 7:00 p.m. Council meeting.
With no further business, Vice President Niezgodski adjourned the Informal Council Meeting.
