• RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING
THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE
SOIITH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
TO ACT AS THE SECRETARY-TREASURER
DURING SUCH TIME SIICH POSITION
IS VACANT, AND RATIFYING ALL
PRIOR ACTIONS OF THL VICE PRESIDENT
ACTING AS SECRETARY-TREABURER
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the
"Authority") has been created pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14.5 as a
separate body, corporate and politic, and as an instrumentality of
the City of South Bend to finance local public improvements for
lease to the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the
"Commission"); and
WHEREAS, George McCullough was formerly the Secretary-
• Treasurer of the Authority, but such position is now vacated; and
WHEREAS, the Authority desires to have the Vice President
of the Authority assume. all the duties and responsibilities
associated with the office of Secretary-Treasurer until such time
that the Mayor of the City of South Bend, Indiana (the "Mayor")
appoints another member to the Board of Directors of the Authority
(the "Board") and elections are held by the Board; and
WHEREAS, the Authority desires to ratify all prior
actions taken by the Vice President of the Authority during such
time as the Vice President acted in the capacity of Secretary-
Treasurer, including the execution of all documents and
Resolutions.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this South Bend
Redevelopment Authority as follows:
Section 1. The Authority hereby authorizes and directs
• that the Vice President of the Authority assume all of the duties
and responsibilities of the Office of Secretary-Treasurer of the
Authority, until such time as the Mayor appoints another member to
the Board of Directors of the Authority and elections are held by
the Board.
Section 2. All prior actions taken by the Vice President
of the Authority and assumptions of the duties and responsibilities
of the Secretary-Treasurer of the Authority, including the
execution of all documents and Resolutions, are hereby confirmed
and ratified and shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect after its adoption by the Authority.
ADOPTED at a meeting of the Authority held on

City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana
46001.
