Dear Mr. Lingenfelter:
At its December 20, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order be increased by $34,787 with an additional thirty-seven (37) days,
bringing the revised contract amount to $1,382,787 with a new completion date of June 21, 2023.
Enclosed is a copy of the Change Order for your records.
