Division of Engineering reviewed the documents and found Rieth-Riley Construction to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Attached is the full bid tabulation. The bid results are as follows: CONTRACTOR BASE BID TOTAL Rieth-Riley Construction $ 441,412.71* Milestone Contractors North $ 475,500.00 HRP Construction $477,990.00 Rieth-Riley had a small computational error on one of the line item totals that affected the total base bid amount. The correction did not change their standing as the low bidder for the project. Rieth Riley provided all required documentation and met the MBE and WBE goals for the project. The Division of Engineering recommends the award of Project No. 121-048B: Neighborhood Infrastructure: Longfellow Ave and South St for a total bid price of $441,412.71.
