d - <br /> atommftttt AtPort: <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> �0 the Common Qtoutttfl of the Qtftt of south WO: <br /> The May 27, 1997 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order <br /> by its Chairperson, Council Member David Varner at 4:30 p.m. in the Council informal <br /> meeting room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Coleman, Ujdak, Aranowski, Varner, <br /> Broden, Pfeifer, Kelly, Sniadecki, and Hosinski; Don Fozo, Eledean DeRose, David <br /> DuVoll,Larry Magliozzi and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> The first item on the agenda was to review Bill No. 38-97 which is a request to annex <br /> roe in Centere in Penn Townships for EMRO/NDCU. Larry Magliozzi made the <br /> property <br /> presentation. He noted t h at t his is a city ty uuti <br /> initiated annexation.ation. <br /> In proposed Bill 97-32 <br /> addressing the written fiscal plan he noted that the area in question is approximately 9.5 <br /> acres. The area would become a part of Councilmanic District Five. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Pfeifer made a motion seconded by Council <br /> Member Broden that Bill No. 38-97 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion <br /> passed. <br /> Council Member Hosinski noted that he received several petitions regarding the upcoming <br /> re-zoning of St.Micheal and All Angels church. <br /> Mr. Fozo noted that he would not be in attendance at this evenings regular Common <br /> Council meeting. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee,the meeting was adjourned <br /> at 4:40 p.m.. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member David Varner <br /> Chairperson <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> Attachments <br /> • <br />
