The April 14, 1997 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order
by its Chairperson, Council Member John Hosinski at 4:00 p.m. in the Council informal
meeting room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members: Aranowski, Pfeifer, Kelly, Broden,
Varner, Ujdak, Coleman, Hosinski, Sniadecki; Don Porter and Kathleen Cekanski-
Farrand.
The first item on the agenda was to have discussion on the appeal of Historic Preservation
Commission's decision regarding the property located at 1414 East Wayne St.
It was noted that a request to table action on this matter for 30 days had been requested.
Following discussion, Council Member Hosinski made a motion seconded by Council
Member Varner that the appeal on the decision regarding the property located on 1414 East
Wayne St. be continued for 30 days. The motion passed.
There being no further business to come before the committee the meeting was adjourned at
4:10 p.m.
