Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council

The July 14, 1997 executive session of the South Bend Common Council was called to
order by Council President Roland Kelly at 4:15 p.m. in the Council informal meeting
room.
Persons in attendance included: Aranowski, Pfeifer, Kelly, Broden, Varner, Ujdak,
Coleman,Hosinski, Sniadecki;Mayor Luecke, Jack Bland,Elmer Carr, Thomas Bodnar,
Cathy Roemer and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss collective bargaining strategy in
regard to the South Bend Police Department pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-
6.1. The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
As Council President, I hereby certify that there was nothing discussed at this Executive
Session and certify to the same other than that which was called for in the July 11, 1997
memorandum giving notice of the Executive Session.
