Remarks: Signage was originally installed back in April 2015. The signage was installed on the
property on the west side of the road due to no parking on the east side. As part of the
renewal process, the letter was submitted to the property address with the signs (1001
Johnson St) instead of the original applicant. The 1001 property owner requested to have
these removed in 2022 even though Mr. Crandall still needed the signage. The applicant
has met all requirements for the handicap parking space.
