presented Bill No. 55-22.
Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski motioned to send Bill No. 55-22 to the Committee of the
Whole with a favorable recommendation, which was seconded by Committee Member Rachel
Tomas Morgan and carried by a vote of five (5) ayes.
Committee Member Rachel Tomas Morgan motioned to accept Substitute Bill No. 56-22,
which was seconded by Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski and carried by a vote of five (5)
ayes.

With no further business, Committee Vice Chair Eli Wax adjourned the Personnel and
Finance Committee meeting at 4:40 p.m.
