RE: Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement
Dear Ms. McCormick:
At its November 22, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced amendment for on-call design services for the 2022 McCormick Stormwater
Infrastructure Improvements, Project No. 122-016 in an amount not to exceed an increase of
$63,818 with a new total amount of $183,478 (hourly rate).
