Dear Mr. Alvarado:
At its November 22, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order be increased by $47,735.96 with an additional one hundred eighteen
(118) days, bringing the revised contract amount to in an amount not to exceed $1,849,784.74
with a new completion date of June 18, 2022.
Enclosed is a copy of the Change Order for your records.
