In 2006 a new state law went into effect requiring any contractor that works for the state (which includes INDOT) to have a much more formal and rigid program, and to certify that this program is in place at the time of their bid. June 1, 2007 we signed an agreement with BCRC to provide our drug testing program. We selected the BCRC, Building and Construction Resource Center Inc., for a number of reasons: a) They are approved by the State. b) Their program is the one included by addendum in the 150 Heavy Highway Contract. c) Their program's allowed by the State Laborers Council. d) They will also accept our non-union employees (who also, by statute, must be included). e) All of our employees will be subject to the same rules and regulations. f) BCRC's plan also includes an EAP (Employee Assistance Program). f9uafL015po%tunity 6 -ploy -1 Shipping: 5777 Cleveland Road South Bend, IN 46628-9418 Phone 574-271-7800 Mailing: P.O.
