JONES CITY CLERK SOUTH BEND,IN AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED 505 IRELAND RD.,4412 FELLOWS ST.,AND 4422 FELLOWS ST., COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT NO. 5 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT Petitioners desire to rezone the property from UF Urban Neighborhood Flex and S1 Suburban Neighborhood 1 to C Commercial to allow for expansion of the office building. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I.
