SUBJECT: Emergency road restoration
DATE: November 4, 2022
On October 12 at 10:00pm a water leak was reported on Cleveland Rd. near Nadine Street. It
was later determined that a water main line valve was leaking and required emergency repair.
The repair work involved excavation of the road surface to reach the water infrastructure. The
road was closed until Friday at 3pm and then opened with a temporary patch. Premium
Concrete Services quoted the repair. The road required emergency restoration to St. Joseph
County standards, and Premium did this work, as well as working with the county to route traffic.
