AMENDMENT TO OWNER-ENGINEER AGREEMENT Amendment No. 3 1.Background Data: a.Effective Date of Owner-Engineer Agreement:November 8, 2016 b.Owner:Board of Public Works, City of South Bend, Indiana c.Engineer: Lawson-Fisher Associates P.C. d.Project:South Bend Dam, West Race Repairs City Project No. 115-115 2.Description of Modifications: a.Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: In addition to the contracted Scope of Work for the South Bend Dam, West Race Repairs, LFA will provide the following additional services: 1.Design Calculations Update: a.Update plans and structural calculations to ensure consistency based on current codes and standards.
