SUBJECT: 122-019 Sewer and Manhole Rehabilitation
DATE: November 1, 2022
The Department of Public Works Division of Engineering requests the Board of Public Works
approval of a Request to Advertise for the receipt of Public Bids for Project No. 122-019 Sewer and
Manhole Rehabilitation at its November 8, 2022 meeting.
The Sewer and Manhole Rehabilitation project includes the lining of select sewer segments
throughout South Bend and the cleaning of select interceptor line segments. This work is under
DFO Project No. PROJ00000299 Sewer and Ma nhole Rehabilitation, Repair, & Cleaning.
The project schedule consists of the follow:
•November 18, 2022 – First Advertisement
•November 25, 2022 – Second Advertisement
•November 29, 2022 – Pre-Bid Meeting at County City Building
•December 13, 2022 – Bid Opening
•December 20, 2022 – Bid Award
