Dear Mr. Favors:
At its November 8, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order be increased by $990,000 with an additional three hundred & ninety-
eight (398) days, bringing the revised contract amount to $9,025,679.78 with a new completion
date of August 7, 2023.
Enclosed is a copy of the Change Order for your records.
