Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council

The September 25, 1996 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was
called to order by its Council President,Roland Kelly at 4:00 P.M. in the Council informal
meeting room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Varner; Kelly, Coleman, Broden,
Hosinski, Zakrzewski, and Luecke; Chief Luther Taylor, Elmer Carr, President of the
Board of Public Safety, Jack R. Bland, Thaddeus Zakowski, Jon Hunt, Assistant Fire
Chief Bert Prawat, John Lesczynski, City Controller Kevin Horton, Craig Hudson, Rob
Emmerson,Todd Miller,and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
Council President Kelly noted that the purpose of the meeting was the discussion of
strategy with regard to the purchase or lease of real property pursuant to Indiana Code
Section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).
Roland Kelly on behalf of the South Bend Common Council certifies that no subject matter
was discussed in this Executive Session other that the subject matters specified in the public
notice dated September 17, 1996.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 P.M.
