Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council

The July 30, 1996 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to
order by its Council President,Roland Kelly at 4:08 P.M.in the Council informal meeting
room.
Persons in attendance included Council President Kelly, Council Members Luecke,Pfeifer,
Varner, Broden, Zakrzewski, Coleman, and Washington; Bert Prawat, Chief Luther
Taylor, Carl Littrell, Elmer Carr, Jack Bland, Ted Latkowski, Craig Hudson, Rob
Emmerson,Todd Miller,and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
The Executive Session was called pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)2(D)
regarding the purchase or lease of real property.
On behalf of the South Bend Common Council, I certified that no subject matter was
discussed in this Executive Session other that the subject matters specified in the public
notice dated July 24, 1996.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 P.M.
