At its October 25, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the rejection of
your proposal for the above referenced project, due to the quote documentation not
being sufficient.
Engineering is evaluating how to proceed. Thank you for bidding, and we hope you bid
with us in the future.

On October 20, 2022, the Board of Public Works opened and read quotes for the above project.
The quotes were as follows:

The quotation supplied by Day’s Construction was on an unofficial proposal sheet produced on
Day’s Construction letterhead. Day’s Construction did not provide any of the necessary
quotation documents (non -collusion affidavit, MWBE inclusion, etc.) to be eligible for award. The
Division of Engineering has reviewed the quote list above and recommends that the Board
reject all quotes.
