I am writing to express the Rum Village Neighborhood Association's support of the Rum Village
Neighborhood Plan as presented to you tonight. The association feels that the plan reflects priorities
important to the neighborhood and its residents, accomplished through a series of conversations with
residents, businesses, faith-based organizations, agencies, and others for more than a year through the
challenges of a pandemic.
We will look forward to seeing the plan projects and other improvements carried out in a responsive,
responsible way so residents can see rapid benefits and gain trust in the eventual completion of longer-
term projects that will bring future gains to Rum Village .
Sincerely,
