Dear Ms. Shepard:
At its October 11, 2022 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order be increased by $24,734.50 with an additional thirty (30) days,
bringing the revised contract amount to $197,734.50 with a new completion date of October 28,
2022.
