NOTICE
The following Common Council Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 27,
2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Charles Black Community Center in the Conference Rooms located at 3419
W. Washington St., South Bend, IN 46619. The committee meeting will be held by way of a hybrid option
using the Microsoft Teams Meeting app. Members of the public have the option to attend the meeting in
person or may access the meeting virtually by the following link:
