After due consideration, the following action was taken:
Upon a motion by David Wyncott, seconded by Joan Downs Krostenko, and carried by
vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness
Application #2022-0721 with remanding of approval of the Juliet balcony specifics to staff.
Vote: 3-1. Three in favor, one opposed.
COA#2022-0721 is approved.

After due consideration, the following action was taken:
Upon a motion by Elizabeth Hertel, seconded by David Wyncott, and carried by vote, the
Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness Application
#2022-0805.
Vote: 3-0-1. Three in favor, none opposed, one abstention.
COA#2022-0805 is approved.
IV. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR
V. REGULAR BUSINESS
a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
i. July 18, 2022 minutes
Upon a motion by Joan Downs Krostenko, seconded by Elizabeth Hertel, and
unanimously carried by vote, the minutes from the July 18, 2022 Historic Preservation
Commission are approved.
b. STAFF REPORTS
Administrative Approvals
After due consideration, no action was taken.
c. COMMITTEE REPORTS
i. No committees met since the previous meeting.
d. ELECTION
i. Vice President
After due consideration, the following action was taken:
David Wyncott volunteers to take the role of Vice President.
Upon a motion by Joan Downs Krostenko, seconded by Elizabeth Hertel, and
unanimously carried by vote, David Wyncott is elected vice president.
Assistant Secretary
After due consideration, no action was taken at this time.

Upon a motion by Joan Downs Krostenko, seconded by Elizabeth Hurtle, and unanimously
carried by vote, Resolution 01-2022 is approved.
Vill. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS
a. A discussion was held by the board members regarding their vision for the Commission.
IX. ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion by Elizabeth Hurtle, seconded by Joan Downs Krostenko and unanimously carried by
vote, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
