RESOLUTION NO. 4
• RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY APPROVING.
FINAL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND COST ESTIMATES FOR THE
ST. JOSEPH/WAYNE PARKING FACILITY AND APPROVING AN AGENCY
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE.AUTHORITY,AND THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority)
at a meeting on April 14, 1988, adopted Resolution No. 2 approving a
proposed Lease between the Authority and the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission .(the "Commission") for the St. Joseph/Wayne Parking Faci-
lity (the "Parking Facility") to be dated as of June 1, 1988 (the
"Lease"), and preliminary plans, specifications and cost estimates
for the Parking Facility; and
WHEREAS, the Commission at a meeting on April 29, 1988, adopted,
subsequent to a public hearing, Resolution No. 841 approving the
execution of the Lease; and
-WHEREAS, the architect for the Authority has filed final plans,
specifications and cost estimates. for. the construction of the Parking
Facility with the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Authority desires to enter into an Agency .Agreement
with. the City of South Bend by .and through its Board of Public Works
to provide .for the construction of the Parking Facility by the Board
of Public Works-and other related matters;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH.. BEND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Authority hereby approves the final plans, specifica-
tions and cost estimates for he construction of the Parking: Faci-

lity, as filed with the Authority by :its architect.
• 2. The Authority hereby approves the. execution of the Agency
Agreement-.with the City of South Bend by and through its Board of
Public Works.
3. The Secretary of the Authority is hereby directed to file a
copy of the. Agency Agreement with the Board of Public Works, and a
copy of the approved final plans, specifications and cost estimates
with the Board of Public Works and-the Commission.
4. This resolution-shall be in full force and .effect .after its
adoption by the Authority.
ADOPTED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority
held on May 13, 1988, at the office of the Authority, 1200 County-
City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana.
