Monday, February 28, Common Council Meeting
The South Bend Common Council will hold its regularly scheduled Committee and
full Common Council meetings on Monday, February 28, 2022. The agendas for
Committee meetings and the full Common Council meeting will be distributed by
the usual means.
In further compliance with the Executive Orders, the South Bend Common Council
meeting will legally be held by way of a virtual meeting by using Microsoft Teams
app.
The Council Committee Meetings will begin at 3:30 p.m. Public access to the
Common Council Committee meeting can be granted by following this link:

The full Council Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. Public access to the Common

As usual the proceedings can be viewed live on Michiana Access Tv’s Facebook
Page or the South Bend Clerk’s Office YouTube page.
**Please note that the link for the full Council meeting is different than the link
to the Committee meetings.
The public can participate in the meeting by following the directions in the “Chat”
section in the Microsoft Teams app. at the above link. In order to participate, you
will need to state your full name and address, as is required to speak at in-person
meetings. If you will not be able to attend the virtual meeting, the Council has
created a public survey for individuals from the public to give their opinion on items
that are being deliberated by Council. That survey can be found here: SBCC-INPUT
