The January 10, 1994 meeting of the Zoning and Vacation
Committee was called to order by its Chairperson Council
Member Lee Slavinskas at 4 :45 p.m. in the Council Informal
Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance Council Members Luecke, Washington,
Kelly, Puzzello, Slavinskas, Zakrzewski, Coleman, Duda, and
Ladewski, Don Porter, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
Council Member Slavinskas noted that the Council Attorney
had advised him that there is on-going discussion regarding
Resolution No. 94-2 and Bill No. 119-93 between the City and
the affected property owners and that both items have been
asked to be continued until the meeting of January 24, 1994 .
The meeting was adjourned at 4 : 46 p.m.
