Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council

The October 4, 1994 meeting of the Executive Session of the South Bend Common
Council was called to order by its President,Council Member Ann Puzzello at 5:10 P.M. in
the Mayor's conference room, 14th floor County City Building,227 West Jefferson, South
Bend, IN. 46601.
Persons in attendance included Mayor Kernan, Council Members Luecke,
Washington, Kelly, Puzzelo, Slavinskas, Coleman, Duda, and Ladewski; Kevin Horton,
Jon Hunt,John Leszczynski,Richard Nussbaum, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues pursuant to the call of the
Executive Session consistent with Indiana Code Sec. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (D).
It is hereby certified that nothing other than information permissible under said State
statute referred to herein was discussed.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 P.M.
