• Optimally and equitably place City lighting
o Refine street light LED conversion dashboard with feedback from City leaders with
relevant portfolios and add a data dictionary that defines specific terms used in the
dashboard. When refinements are complete, publish the dashboard to the City website to
track LED conversion project progress.
o Conduct a City lighting gap analysis to determine equity needs and establish cost
estimates for future street lighting needs.
o Create a Mayor-Council taskforce to engage residents on establishing key performance
indicators and targets for the City streetlighting program.
