• Streetlight management plan development + resident engagement approach
o Streetlight Gap Analysis
▪ Create an equity index to prioritize neighborhoods for streetlights investment. The
index is informed by goals for the City’s streetlight investment strategy, such as
reducing vehicles hitting pedestrians, improving public safety perceptions, and
placemaking.
o Resident Engagement
▪ Conduct pilot resident engagement effort in a neighborhood where the 2022 LED
Conversion work is already complete prior to October
▪ Develop tech tools to support in-person resident engagement, such as a GIS
application and location-based surveys
▪ Create a Mayor-Council taskforce to steer resident engagement efforts in fall after LED
conversion project is complete
