The October 27, 1993 Executive Session of the South Bend
Common Council was called to order by its Council President
Council Member Steve Luecke at 4 : 05 p.m. in the Council and
Informal meeting room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Ladewski,
Coleman, Zakrewski, Puzzello, Kelly, and Luecke; Kevin
Horton and Kathy Cekanski-Farrand.
Council President Luecke noted that the purpose of the
meeting was to discuss strategy with respect to collective
bargaining.
Following discussion the meeting was adjourned at 5 : 00 p.m.
I, Stephen Luecke, President of the South Bend Common
Council hereby certify that the Council discussed no subject
matter in the executive session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice dated October 22 ,
1993 .
