I. EXECUTIVE SESSION - 8:30 A.M. – Hybrid Meeting – Boardroom, 13th Floor, County-City Bldg., 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN AND Virtually Via Microsoft Teams The Board of Public Safety will meet in the Executive Session prior to the Regular Meeting of the Board for purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A) for discussion of strategy with respect to collective bargaining, I.C. 5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(2)(B) for discussion of strategy with respect to litigation that is pending, and I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6) to receive information concerning alleged misconduct of an individual over whom the Board has jurisdiction.
