EXECUTIVE SESSION-COMMON COUNCIL

The June 24, 1992 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to
order at 4:10 p.m. by Council President Steve Luecke in the Council Informal Meeting
Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members: Washington,Kelly,Puzzello, Coleman,
Ladewski, Zakrzewski, and Luecke; Kevin Horton, Thomas Bodnar, Cathy Hubbard, and
Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand.
The meeting was called pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (5) (A)
permitting the Council to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining.
This is to certify pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-6.1 (d) on behalf of the
Common Council that no subject matter was discussed in the Executive Session other than
the subject matter specified in the public notice dated June 22, 1992.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
